Wash apples and vegetables, peel and slice randomly, then chop with a blender.

Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, add chopped vegetable mass, salt and sugar. Mix everything well, bring to a boil and boil over low heat, stirring occasionally, for half an hour.

Pour the boiling adjika into pre-sterilized small jars, seal tightly, turn upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely. The cooled adjika is perfectly stored at room temperature.
