Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and peel.
Coarsely chop the onion and bake in a dry frying pan.
Cut the beetroot into slices.
Boil 1.3 liters of water, and add beetroot, sugar, salt, vinegar and all spices.
Put eggs, tarragon and lemon zest in a sterile jar.
Pour the marinade and roll up the jar.
