Today I want to share with you my secret and proven recipe for canned tomatoes in their own juice. The main feature is that garlic and horseradish come here, thanks to which the preparation turns out to be a little spicy and piquant.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pass the overripe tomatoes through a meat grinder and boil this mass for 10-15 minutes.

Rub it through a sieve and bring it to a boil.

Add chopped garlic, sugar, salt, horseradish and pepper. Boil for another 10 minutes.

Put the hard tomatoes in sterilized jars.

Pour this juice and sterilize for another 10 minutes.

Roll up the jars for the winter.
