Sweet plum jam differs from others with a very rich taste. Therefore, sometimes you want to dilute it with something fresh and light. And then the oranges come to the rescue. I share an excellent recipe, repeatedly tested in practice!
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from plums and oranges.
Pass the fruit through a meat grinder and mix with sugar.
Bring the mass to a boil.
Cook the jam for about half an hour or until the desired density on low heat.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
