In the arsenal of every housewife there are at least a few recipes for canned cucumbers. They differ in spices and subtleties of cooking. This time I want to share a fragrant spicy salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and garlic.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Tomatoes - 700 g
- Chili pepper - 1 pod
- Garlic - 8 cloves
- Dill - 4 umbrella
- Black Pepper - 12 peas
- Coriander - 2 tsp.
- Vinegar - 60 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arrange garlic cloves, black pepper, coriander and dill umbrellas into jars. Add other spices as desired.
Cut the cucumbers into circles, and the chili into rings, and also put them in jars.
Boil water and dissolve salt and sugar in it.
Put tomatoes through a meat grinder and mix with brine.
Add vegetable oil, bring to a boil, pour in the vinegar and remove the brine from the heat.
Pour the cucumbers, put the jars in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes and roll up.
