Ordinary quince jam will become even tastier and more interesting if you add some nuts there. A solution that has been repeatedly tested in practice, including by me personally. Further in the recipe I will tell you how to cook it correctly.

Peel the quince and cut into slices or slices.

Boil water with sugar. Put the quince in the syrup and boil for 10 minutes.

Let it cool completely. Boil again and boil for 5 minutes.

Let cool completely again.

Add finely chopped lemon with peel, cinnamon and chopped nuts.

Bring the jam to a boil again and roll it into sterile jars.
