Ingredients
- Carrots - 500 g
- Apples - 500 g
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Hot red pepper - 100 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Fenugreek - 0,5 tsp.
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the apples and hot pepper, peel the seeds.
Mince carrots, apples, tomatoes, hot peppers and peeled garlic.
Mix everything in a saucepan of a suitable size. Add sugar, salt, spices and boil for 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, oil and cook for another 5 minutes.
Fill sterilized jars with hot adjika, roll them up and wrap them with a blanket.
