Ingredients
- Blueberries - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Lavender - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the blueberries with sugar and boil over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring.
Add sprigs of rosemary and lavender, and cook for another 20 minutes.
Remove the twigs, rub the jam through a sieve and bring it to a boil again.
Add citric acid and roll the jam into sterile jars.
