Don't be lazy to make pickled grapes like olives for the winter. It can be used to create sandwiches, canapes and other festive snacks. It looks beautiful, the taste is amazing and most importantly — it is prepared very simply.
Ingredients
- Grapes - 1 kg
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 30 ml
- Sugar - 20 g
- Salt - 50 g
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the grapes from the brushes and rinse thoroughly.
Pierce each berry with a needle so that it does not burst from boiling water.
Fill the jars with grapes and pour boiling water to the top. Cover with lids and set aside for 20-30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and a mixture of peppers ground in a mortar. Boil for 5 minutes.
Pour vinegar and hot marinade into jars with grapes. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a thick towel.
