I like to cook thick soups in winter, when the body needs more energy. This recipe uses meat, pasta, beans and some other vegetables. So that the dish does not turn out to be too heavy, I suggest cooking it from turkey.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beans and soak for 3 hours.
Wash the turkey, slice it and put it in a saucepan.
Add black pepper, water and cook for 40 minutes after boiling.
Chop tomatoes, celery, carrots and peeled onions.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry for 2 minutes.
In a separate saucepan, boil the pasta until tender. Follow the instructions on the package.
Pour beans, celery and roast into a saucepan with meat. Cook for 30 minutes.
Add pasta, salt and turn off after 5 minutes. Before serving, the soup can be sprinkled with grated parmesan or chopped herbs.
