- Peaches - 700 g
- Plums - 600 g
- Red currant - 400 g
- Black Currant - 400 g
- Sugar - 2 glasses
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash all the fruits and berries, cut off the red currant twigs, cut the lemon into circles and put everything in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes under the lid and drain.
Boil the water again and repeat the previous step.
Boil the water again, add sugar and pour the compote again.
Roll up the jars for the winter.
