Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the melon and seeds, cut into cubes.
Peel the apples from the skin and cores, cut into slices.
Put the apple peel in a saucepan, fill with water and boil a little. Then we throw away the peel, it will no longer be needed. Add sugar and apple slices to the apple broth and boil over low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Add pieces of melon to the compote and boil everything together for 3-5 minutes.
Pour the ready-made melon compote with apples into pre-sterilized jars and twist. It is recommended to store the workpiece in the refrigerator.
