Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 3 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Dill - 30 g
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Vinegar - 150 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 120 g
- Water (purified) – 3,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bell pepper in half, peel the seeds and slice.
Finely chop the dill and put it in prepared jars.
Add spices, cucumbers and bell pepper.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and bring to a boil again.
Remove from heat, add vinegar and pour into jars.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up with a thick blanket.
