Pears are a universal ingredient for jam. They are not only sweet, but also contain a lot of pectin, which helps to give the desired consistency. In the recipe, I add lemon to give sour notes, as well as cinnamon to enhance the aroma and taste.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and slice the pear, cover with water and boil until soft.

Chop the pear with a blender. Separately, whisk the scalded lemon without seeds with boiling water.

Mix everything together and add sugar and cinnamon.

Boil the jam for another 20-25 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
