Do you like crispy spicy gherkins? But the store does not always come across successful jars – the wrong spices, too much vinegar, too soft cucumbers, something is constantly wrong. To forget about this problem forever, I tell you how to roll them up independently
Ingredients
- Gherkins (how much will go into the jar) – 15 pieces
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Sugar - 2.5 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Dill - 1 umbrella
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers for a couple of hours in cold water.
Put all the additives in a sterile jar, and then the gherkins.
Pour boiling water, cover and leave to cool.
Drain this water and boil it again. Add sugar, salt and vinegar, boil for 1-2 minutes and pour the gherkins again.
Roll up the billet for the winter.
