Ingredients
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Brown Sugar - 250 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the carrots in a blender.
Add cinnamon and sugar, bring to a boil and cook for half an hour on low heat, stirring.
When the jam thickens enough, add lemon juice and boil for another minute.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
