The most delicious and original jam is usually obtained from unexpected combinations of fruits and berries. So this recipe was born when I first threw a couple of handfuls of cranberries into a saucepan for the future plum jam.
Ingredients
- Plums - 700 g
- Lingonberries - 600 g
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plum, add the lingonberries, pour in a couple of tablespoons of water and simmer everything until soft.
Grind the workpiece through a sieve and add sugar.
Bring to a boil again, boil the jam for 15 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
