A home feast rarely goes without a plate of canned champignons. Of course, you can buy them ready–made, but it will be much tastier if you make them yourself - with your favorite spices and balanced proportions.
Ingredients
- Champignons - 1 kg
- Water - 2 glasses
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Carnation - 3 buds
- Allspice - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Star anise - 1 asterisk
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the champignons and boil for 5-7 minutes in boiling water.
Boil 2 cups of water with all the spices, sugar and salt.
Fill the mushrooms with brine and leave for 2-2.5 hours.
Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and roll the champignons into sterile jars.
