Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Onion - 4 pieces
- Bell pepper - 4 pieces
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 1 tsp.
- Allspice - 5 pieces
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 0.3 glasses
- Vinegar - 0.5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop all the vegetables, pour water so that it covers them, and cook until boiling over low heat.
Grind them through a sieve. Send the mass back to the stove and cook until thickened, about 2 hours.
At the end, add all the spices, boil for another 10 minutes and pour in the vinegar.
Mix the ketchup and roll it into sterile jars.
