Ingredients

  • Hawthorn - 1 kg
  • Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
  • Sugar - 500 g
  • Water - 1 glass

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Go through the hawthorn berries, pour in water and add sugar.

Bring the billet to a boil and boil the jam for an hour on low heat.

Add lemon juice and boil a little more to the desired density.

Roll up the jam in sterile jars.
