Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the quince, peel the seeds and cut into slices.
Put the fruit in a saucepan, cover with sugar and set aside for 4 hours.
Pour in water, boil twice for 5 minutes, taking a break for a couple of hours.
Peel the lemon and cut into small pieces.
Put the pan with quince on the fire for the third time, add lemon and boil for 10 minutes.
Fill the sterilized jars and roll them up.
