Ingredients

  • Pear - 1 kg
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the pear and slice.

Fill it with water and boil for 15 minutes until soft.

Chop the pear with a pusher or blender.

Add sugar and boil the jam until thick for 40-50 minutes on low heat.

Towards the end, add spices to taste.

Roll the thick jam into sterilized jars.
