Ingredients
- Apricots - 300 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Water - 1 l
- Citric acid - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the apricots into halves and remove the seeds.
Put them in a sterile jar and pour boiling water over them.
Leave for half an hour under the lid.
Drain this water and boil it again.
Pour sugar and citric acid into the jar, pour the same water and roll up the compote.
