Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 8 cloves
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 1 l
- Vinegar - 70 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the vegetables and arrange them nicely in jars along with garlic cloves. Add spices to taste.
Boil water and add pepper, bay leaf, sugar, salt and vegetable oil to it.
Boil the marinade for a couple of minutes, pour in the vinegar and remove the marinade from the heat.
Pour the vegetables and boil the jars in a saucepan with water for 10-15 minutes, and then immediately roll up the salad.
