- Figs - 1 kg
- Water - 100 ml
- Sugar - 500 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the tails from the figs, add water with sugar and leave for 10 minutes.
Bring the mass to a boil and boil for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring.
Remove the workpiece from the heat, leave for 20 minutes and then grind with a blender.
Bring the jam to a boil again, boil for another 10 minutes and pour into sterile jars.
