- Cranberries - 1 kg
- Pear - 400 g
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the cranberries in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and put them in a colander.
Take 750 ml of this boiling water and dissolve half of the sugar in it.
Pour cranberry syrup and leave overnight.
Add the remaining sugar, bring the billet to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
Peel the pears, thinly slice and boil the pieces separately in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
Send the pear to the cranberries, boil everything together for another 15 minutes and pour into sterile jars.
