Ingredients
- Apples - 2.5 kg
- Water - 0.5 glasses
- Sugar - 100 g
- Condensed milk - 0.5 banks
- Vanillin - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the apples. Fill with water, boil for 15-20 minutes and grind with a blender.
Add sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add condensed milk and vanilla, boil for another 5 minutes and roll the jam into sterilized jars.
