Pour boiling water over the lemon for a couple of minutes, cut, remove the bones and chop it in a blender.

Cover the game with sugar, bring to a boil and add lemon.

Boil the jam for 5 minutes.

Let it cool completely and boil for another 5 minutes. And just the same again.

Roll the hot jam into sterile jars.
