Today I want to tell you a simple recipe for delicious viburnum jam, which was prepared by my grandmother. A minimum of ingredients and your participation, but how much good is this homemade delicacy! Simple and very tasty! Ideal for evening family tea parties

Ingredients

  • Kalina - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Water - 350 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the viburnum from the twigs, sort, rinse and dry slightly.

Cook the syrup. In a cooking bowl, boil water, add sugar, mix well and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Add berries to the syrup. Bring the billet to a boil and boil over low heat for another 5 minutes. Remove the bowl from the heat and leave to cool for at least 12 hours.

Then put the bowl back on the fire and bring the jam to a boil over medium heat.

Pour hot viburnum jam into pre-sterilized dry jars, roll up, turn upside down and leave to cool completely at room temperature.
