Ingredients
- Grapes - 800 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Balsamic vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Pectin - 1 bag
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the grapes, cut in half and remove the seeds.
Cover the grapes with sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Beat the grapes with a blender.
Mix the pectin and 2 tablespoons of sugar, add to the grapes and bring to a boil again.
Pour in the vinegar and boil the jam for another 5 minutes. Roll it up in sterile jars.
