Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash tomatoes, cucumbers and dill, lightly dry.
Place dill, bay leaf, allspice and peeled garlic in pre-sterilized jars.
Tamping tightly, fill the jars with cucumbers and tomatoes.
Boil water and pour boiling water over the vegetables in jars, cover the jars with sterile lids and leave for 10 minutes to warm up.
Then drain the liquid from the jars into a saucepan, bring to a boil and pour the vegetables in the jars again. Cover with lids and leave for 10 minutes.
Once again drain the liquid from the jars into the saucepan, add salt and sugar, stir, bring to a boil and remove the saucepan from the heat. Enter the vinegar and mix again.
Pour hot marinade over vegetables in jars “by the neck". Roll up the jars, turn them upside down, wrap them up and leave them to cool completely. Transfer the cooled workpiece to a cool, dark place for storage.
