The combination of pears and oranges and lemons gives the jam a fresh and bright taste. I recommend using ripe, but not too soft pears. Adding honey instead of sugar makes the billet more tender and fragrant. If desired, add gelatin for density.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the pear, oranges and lemons. Finely chop the fruit pulp.

Cover with sugar, add honey and leave for a couple of hours.

Bring to a boil and cook the jam until thick for 45-50 minutes on low heat.

Roll it up in sterile jars.
