Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pear, oranges and lemons. Finely chop the fruit pulp.
Cover with sugar, add honey and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil and cook the jam until thick for 45-50 minutes on low heat.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
