Ingredients
- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sugar - 800 g
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the blueberries with sugar, pour in water and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and zest to taste, and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
