In addition to standard cucumbers and tomatoes, I also really like to marinate Bulgarian peppers for the winter. One of the favorite recipes that took root in our family a couple of years ago is this version with honey. It turns out very tasty and harmonious, and then I'll tell you more about everything.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 2 kg
- Honey - 1 glass
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Water - 250 ml
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Allspice - 5 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Vinegar - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop the pepper.
Mix water, honey, butter and all other ingredients.
Boil this marinade and put pepper in it.
Bring it to a boil again and boil for 15 minutes.
Put the pepper in sterilized jars.
Pour honey marinade and roll up for the winter.
