Jelly for winter can be made from different berries. The most common option is currant. Black or red – it doesn't matter, but this time we'll take black. And for a change, I suggest adding a little more of another berry. Gooseberries fit just perfectly!

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the berry with water and boil for 10-15 minutes. Grind through a sieve.

Dilute gelatin in water according to the instructions.

Bring the berry mass to a boil again, add sugar and boil for 15 minutes on low heat.

Pour in the gelatin, mix and pour the jelly into clean, dry jars.
