Ingredients

  • Apples - 1 kg
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and slice the apples. Add sugar and water.

Put them in a mold and cover with a lid or foil.

Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Then bake for about an hour at 120 degrees.

Periodically stir the jam in the process.

Roll it up in sterile jars.
