Ingredients
- Red Currant - 1 kg
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop currants and orange pulp with a blender.
Grind everything through a sieve and add sugar to the billet.
Bring to a boil and boil the jelly for 15 minutes.
Roll it up in sterilized jars.
