My favorite way to diversify the classic berry jelly from red currant is to add a little orange to it. Further in the recipe I will tell you how to do it better. Such a billet pleases not only with a wonderful taste, but also with a unique aroma.

Chop currants and orange pulp with a blender.

Grind everything through a sieve and add sugar to the billet.
