- Radish - 500 g
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Allspice - 6 peas
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cans with soda and put the bay leaf, pepper, garlic and chopped chili there.
Cut the radish into cubes and also put it in jars.
Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.
Drain this water, boil it again and pour the radish for another 15 minutes.
Boil this water again, add sugar, salt and vinegar, boil until dissolved, pour in the radish and roll up the jars.
