Ingredients
- Plums - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1-2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the bones from the drains, add a glass of water and boil them for half an hour until soft.
Grind the plums through a sieve.
Chop coriander, garlic and pepper in a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients to the plums.
Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Roll the sauce into sterile jars.
