I like to cook canned compote from fruits and berries that I grow in my garden. This allows you to enjoy fresh and high-quality products all year round. This time I use apples with rosehip, and I will tell you more about everything.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the apples into slices and put them in a jar with rosehip.

Pour boiling water and leave under the lid for 20 minutes.

Drain this water and boil it again with sugar.

Pour back and roll up the compote.
