Canned compotes, as well as ordinary ones, can be made from any berries and fruits. That's why I prefer to mix different ingredients – it's tastier and more beautiful. For example, I share with you a proven recipe of pears and apricots.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pears into slices and put them with apricots in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes under the lids and drain.
Boil it again, and repeat the previous step.
Add sugar to the water, bring it to a boil again, pour the compote and roll it up.
