Ingredients
- Plums (red) – 2 kg
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plum into slices, removing the bones.
Cover it with sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Then cook for another hour on low heat until the desired consistency of jam.
Add cinnamon in the process.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
