Ingredients

  • Melon (pulp) – 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Citric acid - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Finely chop the melon pulp, cover with sugar and leave overnight.

Bring to a boil, boil for 7 minutes and leave again until the next day.

Boil the jam for another 10 minutes and leave it again for a day.

Boil the last 15 minutes, add citric acid and roll the jam into sterile jars.
