The taste of this burning adjika conquered me from the first time! Why “Lure”? Because after trying one spoonful, it is already impossible to stop… It is prepared simply and quickly, from a minimum of available products, and is stored perfectly, even in a city apartment.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 3 kg
- Bell pepper (net weight) – 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 2 pcs.
- Water - 1 glass
- Vegetable oil - 1 glass
- Vinegar (9%) – 130 ml
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Salt - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the tomatoes, cut them arbitrarily, then pass them through a meat grinder.
Place the resulting tomato mass in a cooking pot and boil over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
For the marinade, combine water, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar. Stir and bring to a boil.
Add the boiling marinade to the tomato mass in a saucepan, cook together for another 15 minutes.
Peel both types of pepper from seeds and stalks, pass through a meat grinder.
Add the prepared pepper to the boiling vegetable mass, stir and boil for 10 minutes.
Pour the boiling adjika into pre-sterilized jars, seal tightly, turn upside down, wrap and leave until completely cooled. Store the cooled workpiece in a cool, dark place.
