Ingredients
- Champignons - 1.5 kg
- Water - 1 l
- Vegetable oil - 250 ml
- Vinegar - 150 ml
- Garlic - 25 g
- Allspice - 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Mustard Seeds - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 20 g
- Sugar - 20 g
- Carnation - 4 bud
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the champignons and boil for 20 minutes in boiling water.
Separately boil a liter of water with salt, sugar, oil and vinegar. Put the mushrooms there and cook for 5 minutes.
Put all spices and additives in sterile jars.
Add mushrooms to the same place and pour boiling marinade. Roll it up for the winter.
