Ingredients
- Cherry Plum - 2 kg
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Allspice - 12 peas
- Cinnamon - 1 tbsp.l .
- Star anise - 4 asterisks
- Carnation - 4 buds
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Water - 850 ml
- Wine Vinegar - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arrange all the spices in jars and lay out the cherry plum.
Pour boiling water over it and leave it under the lid for 5 minutes.
Drain this lead and bring it to a boil again.
Add sugar, salt and vinegar, boil for 2 minutes and pour the cherry plum again.
Roll up the jars with sterile lids.
