Ingredients
- Lingonberries - 400 g
- Apples - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 600 g
- Water - 2 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the lingonberries and finely chop the peeled apples.
Boil water with sugar and dissolve it.
Add the lingonberries and cook for half an hour, stirring.
Add the apples and cook for another 15 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
