Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the thorn, put it in a saucepan with water, boil it until it breaks, and rub it through a sieve.

Chop peeled apples, tomatoes, both types of pepper and garlic with a meat grinder.

Mix all this and simmer for half an hour.

Add the sloe puree and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Season the ketchup to taste and roll it into sterile jars.
