Put garlic and tomatoes through a meat grinder.
Add sugar, salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
Add the sliced zucchini and butter. Bring to a boil again.
Boil the lecho for half an hour on low heat.
5 minutes before the end, pour in the vinegar.
Roll up the lecho in sterilized jars.
