In order not to cook delicate raspberries and preserve their benefits as much as possible, I roll them into jars raw. Only first I grind it with sugar for taste and for long-term storage. Leave the jars in a cool place – and no problems.

- Citric acid - 1 pinch

Beat the raspberries with a blender or grind.
Gradually add sugar and mix.
Add citric acid and arrange the workpiece in sterile jars.
